How to make a booking
Remember you need to be a registered client in order to make a booking with us.
Please provide as much notice as possible – at least 1 working day for local appointments and as much notice as possible for out of the area appointments. For more information about long distance transport click here
There are two ways to book with us, either book online or over the phone.
The more notice you can give the service the more chance we have of being able to provide transport on the day and at the time you require. For all phone bookings please contact us during office hours (weekdays between 9am and 5pm on (02) 4872 3722). A staff member will ask for details regarding your transport request such as:
- The date and time of your appointment
- Where you are travelling from and to
- Who is the appointment with
- How long will it take and
- Whether anyone will be accompanying you
Occasionally you may wake up feeling ill or need to go somewhere in a hurry and will ring on the day you need transport. Our chances of being able to provide transport at such short notice is limited but we still tell clients to ring and ask and if we have a spare seat and are in your area we will assist if possible.
Due to the large number of requests we receive we may not be able to assist you at exactly the time you require. We may suggest that you change your appointment to a different day and time when the service is available to assist you.
One way of making a booking for transport to a medical appointment is to ask the receptionist to ring the office when making your next doctors appointment this way we can have a three way conversation and it will save you the trouble of ringing when you get home.
